It's in the Fall 2006 issue. Mentions that at one time or another, fire trains were assigned to Emigrant Gap, Cisco, Norden, Andover and Truckee, but not necessarily concurrently. Lots of photos, but none showing any of the trains with a passenger car in the consist.
