I am inquiring about the use of"pop-up trippers" for safety of raiulroad trains that " Run Red Lights"!! This simple device could had solved the the "deadly accident" that occured Sept.12,08 at Chatsworth, CA.!!!!I understand that the State of New York Has used this device for years to prevent "Human Error" by humans....... jfd
