Yup, 3102 is an alligator (RSD15). The RSD12s were babygators.

Glad you like the photos. Most of them are scanned Kodachromes and I spend a fair amount of time in photoshop on each image removing dust spots, white balancing and masking each photo so you get detail in the shadows and the highlights.
