From a TrainOrders discussion posted 1/12/10:

As of 00:01 yesterday the Ballard Terminal became the operator of the Woodinville - Snohomish portion of the line. Today they ran their first movement on the line. A few photos of the start up. Ballard Terminal is the operator (not owner) of the line, but they will apparently call this operation "Eastside Freight Rail" and the engine will be so marked when the lettering set arrives.
