Washington IA wreck-MILW 1982

I recently purchased about 30 slides of a nice little wreck of the MILW at Washington, IA. The date on these slides is April 18, 1982, but I have struck out finding this particular incident on the DOT website for accident reports. Their website has a very good link to a volumous index of historical wreck reports as filed by the ICC, in PDF format if desired. The closest wreck I could find was of Amtrak train 5 at Emmerson, IA in 1983.

Can anyone suggest another place to get a ICC or DOT report for the wreck in those slides?
