A Retro Belle, so named because the paint scheme is as close as possible to the KCS E-units that pulled the Southern Belle. Saw a couple as single unit DPUs on BNSF coal train in the Powder River Basin in September. Here's one, a roster shot, not a winner like your shot.

Too bad the other Class I RRs don't have regular paint schemes near that interesting.
