I just watched an interesting video of the photographers coal train from last year. My question is : When did they apply the whistle off of #17 to #15? Anyone familiar with EBT would know that each engine has a particular note to their whistle going higher in pitch with locomotive number, #12 has the low note and 17 the highest. 16 and 18 have not run since abandonment.
