First I've heard of it. Seems highly unlikely.

5505-5507 initially assigned to the SD&AE had dual controls, which were carried over to 7005-7007 for some unknown reason. Baldwins 5277 and 5278 ordered for use on the Oroville Branch were listed as also having dual control stands.
