On my way to the dentist today, I siezed the opportunity to visit BNSF Commerce. I noticed an unusual locomotive which turned out to be this hydrogen powered locomotive. I apologize for the quality of the photos, since I was on the Metrolink Commerce passenger platform. Upon doing some internet investigation, was this one turned into a Green Goat before being converted into hydrogen powered? Also, I could not find any reference to this event in LA this week on BNSF's web site. Yes, there are older ref's to the loco and its unveiling. Yup, leave it to the LA Times and OC Register to publish articles which have lots of incorrect facts.
