Stampede Pass status?

I live close to the Stampede line and last night and again this morning I heard trains on the line. I live fairly close to a grade crossing so there is no mistaking it when a train rolls by.

Anyway, I am wondering if there is a change to the inactive status that the line has had since last fall. Does anyone know if the line is going back to active status, or if maybe there were just a few moves because of a derailment somewhere else?
