Charles,

It can hide very easily behind other equipment at Commerce. If I feel motivated, I will take my German turbo rocketshipcar for a tour around the port after sailing. Otherwise I will call my PHL contact on Wednesday evening for any possible info on the loco's whereabouts. The customer service person on duty today was unaware of this machine.
