WINE TRAIN GETS BILLIONS IN STIMULUS FUNDING-NEWS at Eleven!

Apparently this phoney Wine Train story got on a bunch of these libertarian train hater/transit bashing websites, flooding all of the assoicated stimulus bashing sites (there are actually things real to bash, just not this?), then was twittered about, and without most of these folks actually reading the article, but only the headline.

It is the next phase a long standing flood control and levy project that got some stimulus to fast track the project. Which, if you actually read the story, does appear to have a whiff of the stink of dubious project management and contracting methods at the Corp of Engineers (just shocking! like New Orleans?). But, if you actually read the original article, and not just the stupid headline, it has nothing to do with any money going to the Wine Train, at all? The railroad is just like another road, utility, bridge, and adjacent property that requires relocation and restoration for portion of the flood control project being done.

This "headline" about the awful waste of stimulus on the Wine Train, then kept building a full head of train bashing and stimulus bashing momentum going. This is apparently a dangerous combination, resulting powerful emotional forces of nature, akin the high pressure steam, or maybe just high pressure hot air, rising to 300 psi. This kept going and going until they even "pork-punked" John McCain, in the Senate, with this "train" story?

This is a "train" story so typical of the mindless partisan political flunkies and wannabe's (from both partisan fringe's) who don't actually know anything, can't actually read anything longer than a twitter post, or text message, and wouldn't be able understand something that long if they did actually read it?

This is really only a "train" story about how we are all going to freeze to death in the dark, because of this dubious level of thinking skills, is now "technically" capable of being passed off as actual "knowledge" about something, instantly, to billions of creduluous people. Ain't technology great?
