How Stooopid Can Kids Get????

While cruising on youtube, I ran across a video of kids throwing rocks at a Go Transit train.

1, I can't believe they would put this on film.

2, Not only did they put this on film, they have their faces and names included.

Is it just me, or are kids these days getting dumber and dumber???

If anyone has a TO account, please post this there as well. Maybe someone can get these punks to learn a lesson from the local Gendarmes.
