I noticed the magenta shift after I had actually posted it so I could not change it. I use Photoshop Elements 8 but it seems when I am lightening the shadows, the magenta seems to turn up. I have since corrected that photo, but until I figure out how to move the sun into a more favorable position, I guess it will remain a problem.
