I don't expect to hear anything before the 24th, if then. This isn't a top priority with WSDOT so public might not hear for a while. Also, WSDOT may notifiy all bidders first, then the public. I don't know if there is a right of appeal for bidders if they want to dispute the outcome, if there is a right of appeal and there is an appeal, this could delay the announcement as well. Personally, I hope they announce on the 24th, many are waiting to hear how it goes.
