Eurostart failure in December blamed on slow "winterization"

French TV says an offical report on the Eurostar stalls in December claims they were mostly caused by the rr falling behind in routinely preparing the equipment for winter weather.

The weather in Europe has been even harsher since December but AFAIK no major stalls since.
