Too make it makes no sense either. If there would have put the signal in already for the new crossover at the north end of the project, then that would have lessen the waits for trains. But of course they don't think about such things. Last weekend a new double crossover was put in at CP Avery. No idea where the new track will end. But the way they work they shut down the
whole line.
