4449 and 844 in Tacoma/Fife

The 844 schedule says that the locomotive will be on display in Fife (near Tacoma) May 13-17. Does anyone know exactly where this will be, and what street to access from? I can see on maps that there is a small yard in Fife, but the street access doesn't seem too clear. Also, is 4449 going to be on display at the same location?
