Dishman Mica Line Repair?

Yesterday I noticed there were UP crews doing something to the track at the Sprague overpass near Argonne and Dishman Mica. Earlier there was a string of loaded centerbeam cars sitting on the overpass, where the workers were buzzing around. Didn't get a chance to investigate up close, and the cars are now gone. But someone said the rails and ties are ripped up. Perhaps there was some weak track or ties - and to avoid a possible derailment (on a bridge) - they plan on replacing the faulty track.

Anybody heard the official word?
