Kemmerer Wyoming old photo

Here's an old timer from a real photo postcard in my collection. I'm guessing that it's from around 1920, judging by the 2 automobiles visible in the full size image. There are 3 engines in the picture, only 1 has a visible number, 2013. I assume this is Union Pacific. The turntable has an interesting bridge design!
