Coal to Canada

Wondering just how many BNSF and UP trains per week are going to Roberts Bank, BC.

There are always coal cars in different positions on the short stub track for bad-orders. And why at Colebrook do so many get set out?
They are like, 10 miles from their destination. I have never seen other coal cars setout anywhere else between Roberts Bank and Everett....just personally find it odd....
