Q. What about the NJT cars sitting at the Metrolink EMF?
A. Probably long term storage until they get sent back to NJT.

I believe the lease is for 5 years. I don't think they were
ever modified to run in service. The former NJT cars from
UTA were modified and replaced the Sounder equipment that
was returned to Seattle.

The new Rotem cars are going to be assembled at EMF. Right
now, Metrolink has only announced that the first batch will
be worked upon here, but there is a chance that the rest of
the order will also be assembled here.
