I work near there, from what we've been told, you will probably have to park at the Fairgrounds and walk in, on street parking isn't planned and most of the driveways will be filled in by the bridge approaches. Workers at Yardley planning on using their private road along the Hell Hole which is on BNSF property. Haven't been able to talk to anyone at Univar as how they are getting into their business in the future.
