Are you sure it came from North Portland? It sounds a lot like our kpdg2. The kpdg2 doubles out of east end of Albina yard every morning between 7 and 8 am and heads through the tunnel and out the Kenton line. It's almost alway 8-10,000' with a mid train dpu.

If you don't find pics of todays, you can get them tomorrow!
