Union Pacific made the right move by stepping asside.....any type of business that you do involves money and lots of it when you deal with Mexico....Coruption is the magic word..You can have major meetings with so-called top Mexican officials and every thing goes around in circles and falls on deaf ears....CASH, buys you attention for short periods and then more is needed..Let Mexico raise the money and be responsible for everything...And responsible is not in Mexico's dictionary..
As each container train reaches the U.S. border...the chances of the loads being ripped off are great...Protection would come at a price.....
