Kind-a makes you wonder if ANYONE in the maintenance facility reads the end of trip gripe sheet. Why would a fault as obvious as a broken windshield go unnoticed ? Minimum wage???? Would this happen on DB????? British rail?? Amtrak, for all they do, is still a far cry from passenger SERVICE.
