Thank you Jim! And yes. I think I know what they mean by "every fourth chuff":

Mason County #7 has a very loud air compressor that is pipped through the stack. Its just as loud as a normal chuff from the engine. They will often be blended together to make it sound like the 4th chuff is louder than the others.
