Hello all,

Pre-registration for the 2010 Western Pacific Railroad Historical Society
Convention is now closed. Tickets for the 2 day convention will be available
at the door for 40.00 and do not include the Saturday Night Banquet.
Registration begins at Noon on Friday April 16

This years Convention includes the following schedule:

3:00 Western Pacific in Nevada (Wayne Monger)
4:00 Tidewater Southern Motive Power (Eugene Vicknair)

7:00 "Willing people of the WPRM" (Epling/Carter)
8:00 Portola - Salt Lake City on the WP (Dick Dorn)
9:00 Sacramento's "R" Street Line (Tom Campbell)

Saturday
9:00 Registration Opens
10:00 An Early Look at the FRC Through the Eyes of a Postcard Photographer

11:00 WP FT Locomotive Modeling (Tommy Holt)
12:00 Lunch Break
1:00 WP's "Fab-4" F-units (Wayne Monger)
2:00 Sacramento Northern before & after the UP merger (David Stanley)
3:00 Western Pacific in HO Scale (video presentation of his layout, 75
minutes long) (Tommy Holt)
4:30 Clear Banquet room for hotel to set up Banquet)
7:00 Banquet
8:00 Keynote Speakers
9:30 Raffle/Auction
10:30 Event Concludes (Doors closed)
