Yes, the Motel 6 right at the top of the canyon at the west end of Kingman. I have stayed there many times. You will be able to hear and see trains. BUT, if noise at night bothers you, there is another Motel 6 further east that is not so close. Here is a link to a map. Motel A is right where you want to be.
