Chuck Savage was a Wire Chief for Western Union.. He died many, many years ago.

Besides the archives of the Western Railway Museum, "Martin Hansen" (LoggerHogger) has a lot
of his negatives.
"Martin" could probably help you out with your Feather River Ry question too.
