The WP&Y 70 class #'s 70,71,72,and 73 were/are superheated with front end throttles. 72 is the only one parted out, the other 3 survive with 70 and 73 operating. 70 and 71 along with some remaining parts of 72 are at Dollywood. These engines were recently discussed on the "Narrow Gauge Discussion Forum" at www.ngdiscussion.net. Also yes to your question on TE.
