I like your work, Steve- keep posting! One think I really liked about the MET's engines was the sound of thier horn, and that they still used plain or 'friction' bearings on the trucks. It turned out to be very difficult for a particular railroad museum to find a supplier of waste and box seals, not to mention the babbit and brass halves! I guess it just takes a well-run operation to keep it all polished and tuned up.
