A few of the SP dinkeys went south to the PE, others went to Key System. The cars were done by around 1934 and several PE bodies were sold for use as houses/cabins. One body is now on trucks at Perris after rescue from the mountains and on-the-ground storage. A few more bodies exist near Pacoima. Three Blimps in complete PE condition operate at Perris, pending current maintenance.

Can anyone give us a report on the OAB bodies at Rio Vista Jct? One body was recovered from a So CA scrapyard after being PE 332 [ I think ], and several years later an additional handful of carbodies, including at least one combo were repatriated from Utah. The latter had gone from CA after OAB abandonment to provide service to the arsenal between Ogden and SLC, and after the war the bodies were sold for use as bunkhouses. A 5 car train under Brown roller pantagraphs would be a sight to behold - if I only had a gazillion dollars to contribute- DANG
