Chances they will move on a flatcar or by truck...an easy haul either way. Besides having friction bearings they don't have the required alignment control couplers.

Whoever ends up with the runners will get a "modern", well-maintained 70-tonner...AAR control stands and 26 air...thats about as modern a 70-tonner as you will find!
