The water tank and associated piping are still there. However, I don't know if the spout is in its original position. If you look at it along with the platform, I'd say there's no way it could swing over and be centered over a tender. I think the track alignment has moved slightly.

As for the caboose, there's 2 more (C&O) on the other side of the station as well. The whole station was converted into a restaurant, but now only the freight end is a restaurant and (very good) bar. The tower that's there serves as the Amtrak station. The box car is storage for the restaurant

Oh yea, the pole line that's on the opposite side of the spout appears to still be in use. That's another thing that RRs on the east coast don't seem to tear down as well.
