This is the one built by Hal Wilmunder in Rancho Cordova. He fell off it and drowned in the Sacramento River several years ago. The Wilmunder family has been active in railroad preservation for a long time. How the family lost the Elizabeth Louise after Hal's death is a sad story, for someone else to relate.
