And I think this fun is in many ways honoring both UP and SP. The UP 845 markings on 4449 was a creative way to have some fun with how these patch jobs on SP diesels right after the merger really did look silly. The X-844 number board was a very authentic touch and not out of line at all. Now I have not seen the photos of 844's tender with SP lettering, but that gives me a chuckle also.

For those that had their photos "ruined" by this, chill out a little!
