Some Rio Grande Heritage

In March UP 1989 - the Rio Grande Heritage unit - made four trips over Tehachapi. Two northbound and two southbound trips were made between West Colton and Fresno before the unit headed back east on the sunset route. Here's a couple shots from the first northbound trip headed to Fresno on the MWCFR. The first shot is at Cliff just as the light was beginning to fade, and the second was at Tehachapi Summit. Thanks for looking.
