Okay, so I understand the doubts about the north end of the NWP.

But given the NCRA's statements and the plans of the Humboldt Bay Harbor District for container shipping I would like to get some additional information.

The NCRA has said as recently as November of 2006 that they anicipate 1000 containers per day moving by rail from Humboldt Bay.

How does a 1000 containers translate into number of trains on that line? This given repairs to tunnels can accomodate stackers.
