Spokane: Havana St. and Freya St. updates

Due to the Havana St. overpass construction, ALL railfanning locations in and around Havana St. are closed for good. The Freya St. overpass is scheduled to open May 28th and even though some flat graveled areas will be left behind, no railfan parking will be allowed in the area of Freya St. as well. The new Freya overpass might open up some photo opportunities, however the area directly over the tracks is "protected" by a heavy chain link fence.
