The highway to the right of the tracks gets clogged EVERY day. Having grown up in the Philadelphia area, I've driven it countless times. It's actually a pre-Interstate freeway dating to the early 1950s, known as the Schuykill Expressway (named for the river it parallels into the city) It's also referred to locally as the "Sure Kill Expressway".
