Weyerhaeuser was running log trains over the Milwaukee Road long before the MILW shut down, under the Curtis Milburn and Eastern and Chehalis Western banners. Operational details vary by timeframe, but Weyerhaeuser took over the MILW between Chehalis and Tacoma by reviving the Chehalis & Western name in 1980
