UP katy Heritage Unit in Portland

I spotted UP SD70ACe #1988, the Katy heritage unit, in the Portland area about an hour ago (8:45 a.m.). It was the lead unit on a westbound stack train in the siding at Hemlock, along the Kenton Line in Gresham, just east of Portland.

I'm not sure which train this was, but I suspect that it's headed for the Seattle area. This would put the train and its power out onto the BNSF Seattle Sub from Vancouver north to Tacoma.
