The car you are referring to is probably Stockton Electric 52, a standard single truck, double end Birney. The Western Railway Museum web site (go to Collection and follow the instructions) has a historical photo of the car, but no current photo. I think it is one of several Birney bodies stored under tarps which would require many, many hours and quite a bit of money to restore. (We do have a similar Sacramento Northern Birney which is restored and on display, but in need of mechanical work at the moment.)
