Thanks Charles. I looked up Point of Rocks on Google Earth and saw the C&O Canal Historic Trail or park or whatever and made the C&O assumption based on that. My knowlege of railroads East of the Rockies is slim at best and East of the Missisippi is even worse. Before that trip I had never even heard of Point of Rocks.
