Accident at sumpter valley railroad

I rode the morning train from Sumpter today and witnessed a very painful accident, the fireman, cindy something suffered a broken leg while loading wood on the locomotive. we were delayed nearly an hour in the sun while paramedics tended to the firemans injuries.
Anyone know how this will effect the organization in regard to the feds ?since they are under the fra.
