When I was there Larry Stamps was the agent with senority along with Cindy who's last name at the time was Camara (sp). Brian, an agent from Fresno, would exercise some senority and come down for a shift or two. Talk about the best people Amtrak could have had at that time period for running a depot. They sold a lot of transcon tickets there which didn't hurt the Save the Train efforts.

I worked at the Hanford Sentinel when it was located near the west end of the platform.
When the freights would roll by at night the vibration would shake the film developing reels in the darkroom. My have times changed. -k-
