Sounder Loco in ORCA Colors

The last time I was in Tacoma Sounder was painted maroon and yellow and lettered "Tacoma, City of Destiny." Today I saw her bring in an afternoon train painted in Orca colors. I know these people love their whales. Is there anything special about the paint scheme? Is this the only one they paint in a non-standard scheme?
