Trafiic on UP's Valley Subdivision

Can anyone tell me how many trains (besides Amtrak's Starlight) regularly run on UP's Valley Subdivision, between Marysville and Redding/Dunsmuir? Even better, which trains?

If I was up at Gerber, Chico, or Tehama, when would be the best times to try to catch some action?
