Check out the Trains and Travel website (formerly Trains Unlimited Tours). It is a VERY expensive trip. Last time I checked, they were almost 100% sold-out in every car/every class of service. I wouldn't be surprised if there is no room left, but Google for their website and take a look. Just off the top of my head, I want to say that there will be the Silver Rapids, Silver Lariat, Silver Solarium, Overland Trail, a "great dome" car (but not Amtrak's), and a few other PV's that I'm not familiar with.
